File Upload Facility

In the blank above, enter the file (on your computer) that you wish to transmit to AFL.  The best way to do that is usually by using the Browse button, navigating to the file's location on your computer, and then selecting  a file by name.

Use the "Submit to AFL" button to start the file transfer.
